Scottish Government have announced this week (23/04/2015) that they have allocated more money to their interest free loan scheme, after funds for 2014/15 ran out in March.
The scheme allows you to borrow up to £10,000 or 75% of the installation cost, completely interest-free for up to 12 years, to enable you to install a renewable heating system such as a wood pellet boiler. The loan can be repaid using income from the Renewable Heat Incentive.
